She joined Sherburne Mayor Bill Acee and others from Chenango County, including educators and small business owners, to discuss ideas to improve internet access in the region. During the meeting, Tenney unveiled her plan to expand and invest in broadband access for Upstate New York.

Rome, N.Y. - Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-22) joined members of the Manufacturers Association of Central New York (MACNY) at Revere Copper in Rome, New York to discuss the importance of rebuilding American manufacturing. MACNY is made up of more than 300 businesses and organizations representing over 50,000 workers across upstate New York. Nearly 20 area manufacturers were represented at the roundtable, which focused on discussing ways to boost American manufacturing, strengthen US supply chains, and bring greater opportunity to rural communities.

Washington, DC - Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-22), member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, applauded House passage of the bipartisan Hack Your State Department Act, which was included in H.R. 1157, the State Department Authorization Act, that she co-led with Representative Ted Lieu (CA-33). The legislation would establish a Vulnerability Disclosure Program within the State Department to build out cybersecurity defense systems to secure and protect classified information handled by the agency.
