Washington, DC – Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-24) today introduced the State-Level Departments of Government Efficiency Establishment Act or the State-Level DOGE Establishment Act to crack down on waste, fraud, and abuse in state governments.

Specifically, this legislation conditions the disbursement of federal financial assistance, except for security-related funding, on states establishing an independent DOGE commission.

Mike Lawler (NY-17), Jared Moskowitz (FL-23), and Josh Gottheimer (NJ-05) reintroduced the PLO and PA Terror Payments Accountability Act. This legislation would sanction PLO and PA officials involved in pay-to-slay transactions that reward terrorists for committing heinous crimes in Israel.

Companion legislation was introduced in the Senate by Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) last month.

This legislation calls for the European Union to designate the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization under the European Union’s Common Position 931.
