Washington, DC – Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-22) today announced she is hosting a virtual seminar with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as well as the New York Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (NYDHSES) for local elected officials that will highlight how these state and federal agencies can assist municipalities mitigate and respond to flooding disasters.

Washington, DC – Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-22) today announced two communities in New York’s 22nd District received Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grants (JAG) through the Department of Justice. The City of Utica received $31,865 and the City of Binghamton received $30,435 in two separate awards, which will support a broad range of activities to prevent and control crime based on community needs.

Congresswoman Claudia Tenney will hold a telephone town hall for anyone who lives in the 22nd Congressional District this Wednesday, Oct. 20.

The call-in event is scheduled to take place from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., but the start time may be delayed pending the voting schedule in the House of Representatives.

Washington, DC – Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-22) will host a live Tele-Town Hall for constituents in New York’s 22nd Congressional District from 6:00pm to 7:00pm on Wednesday, October 20. Participants will be able to ask questions directly, provide feedback through poll questions, and hear from Tenney on issues important to them.

A US Congress delegation was received by HE the Minister of State Ahmad al-Sayed, who is also chairman of Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZA), wherein the two sides discussed trade, investment, and industrial co-operation.
Al-Sayed, together with QFZA senior executives, met with congressmen Darrell Issa, Lou Correa, Darin Lahood, Jay Obernolte, Andrew Garbarino, and Matt Gaetz, as well as congresswomen Victoria Spartz and Claudia Tenney.
