Washington, DC – Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-22) today joined 56 of her House colleagues in sending a letter to Dr. Kilolo Kijakazi, Acting Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, and Everett Kelley, President of the American Federation of Government Employees, urging them to reopen the more than 1,500 Social Security field offices that remain closed to the public. These closures have reduced services to Americans and contributed to a backlog of constituent cases.

Tenney, the mother a Marine veteran, chose to honor each individual who served in Operation Enduring Freedom and subsequent missions, including the 13 service members who were recently killed in the withdrawal from Afghanistan.

This includes those who served in Operation Enduring Freedom and subsequent missions, as well as the 13 service members who were tragically killed evacuating American citizens and Afghan partners last month. All members of our community are invited to attend this event and honor a fallen service member.

Washington, DC – Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-22), member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, recently introduced the Flights for Freedom Act in Congress to prevent the United States government from charging Americans stranded in Afghanistan for lifesaving flights out of the Taliban-controlled country. Tenney's bill passed the House Foreign Affairs Committee unanimously.

Washington, DC – Representatives Claudia Tenney (NY-22) and Jim Banks (IN-03), Chairman of the Republican Study Committee, today introduced the Health Freedom For All Act to prevent the Biden Administration from enacting its planned vaccine mandate on the American people. The bill would clarify that under existing law the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) does not have the authority to implement rules requiring Americans to undergo COVID-19 vaccinations or testing.
