Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-22) today led a letter to the House Appropriations Subcommittee Chairman Mike Quigley and Ranking Member Steve Womack asking them to to rescind more than $65 million from the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Executive Direction budget for fiscal year 2023 (FY23) after the SBA illicitly forgave nearly $70 million in taxpayer-funded Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans to Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA).

Washington, DC – Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-22) today addressed the nationwide baby formula shortage, which is affecting mothers and children throughout New York’s 22nd Congressional District.

First, Tenney sent a letter with more than 100 of her House Republican Colleagues calling on the Biden Administration and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to immediately address the shortage. Tenney then joined a press conference to discuss the issue and highlight the need for a prompt response.
