Washington, DC — Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-24) today voted in favor of H.Res. 1292, a resolution recommending that the House of Representatives find United States Attorney General Merrick B. Garland in Contempt of Congress for his refusal to comply with a subpoena duly issued by the Committee on the Judiciary.

This resolution passed the House by a vote of 216-207.

This resolution, which has 72 cosponsors, passed the House of Representatives unanimously. 

Washington, DC — Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-24) today voted in favor of H.R. 8580, the Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2025, to fund essential military construction projects and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

This legislation passed the House by a vote of 209-197.
