Washington, DC – Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-22), member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, recently introduced the Flights for Freedom Act in Congress to prevent the United States government from charging Americans stranded in Afghanistan for lifesaving flights out of the Taliban-controlled country. Tenney's bill passed the House Foreign Affairs Committee unanimously. 

Washington, DC – Representatives Claudia Tenney (NY-22) and Jim Banks (IN-03), Chairman of the Republican Study Committee, today introduced the Health Freedom For All Act to prevent the Biden Administration from enacting its planned vaccine mandate on the American people. The bill would clarify that under existing law the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) does not have the authority to implement rules requiring Americans to undergo COVID-19 vaccinations or testing.

Washington, DC – Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-22) today announced she will host the community in a candlelight vigil on October 4 at the Fort Stanwix National Monument to honor fallen service members who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in Afghanistan. This includes those who served in Operation Enduring Freedom and subsequent missions, as well as the 13 service members who were tragically killed evacuating American citizens and Afghan partners last month.

Washington, DC - Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-22) today voted to pass the bipartisan National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which included six of her amendments. This includes a $10 million provision that would establish a quantum network computing testbed program at the Air Force Research Laboratory known as “Rome Lab.” The NDAA passed the House by vote of 316-113. 

Washington, DC – Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-22), member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, today introduced the Anti-BDS Labeling Act that would prevent the Biden Administration from unraveling existing policy that requires Israeli goods produced in Judea and Samaria to be labeled as “Made in Israel.”

Instituting such a change to existing policy would empower the anti-Semitic Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) Movement, which is focused on economically targeting and discriminating against certain Israeli goods and businesses.
