Rep. Tenney, Rev. Harden Condemn Recent Attack on Pro-Life Pregnancy Center in Amherst
Washington, DC – Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-24) today made the following statement following the attack on CompassCare, a pro-life pregnancy center, in Amherst, NY.
“I was disgusted to learn that CompassCare in Amherst, NY, was criminally vandalized once again this week. I had the honor of attending the Grand Reopening of CompassCare last August after the facility was firebombed by radical extremists associated with the left-wing group ‘Janes Revenge’. Kathy Hochul, Letitia James, and President Biden have all failed to condemn this attack and offer protection to CompassCare and the people it serves. Rev. Jim Harden and the entire team at CompassCare work tirelessly and compassionately to provide critical care and services to expecting mothers. Our federal, state, and local law enforcement must work together to protect CompassCare and bring the perpetrators of both attacks to justice,” said Congresswoman Tenney.
“The DOJ has been actively deprioritizing investigations into pro-life organizations like CompassCare. These investigations are handled by the DOJ’s Civil Rights division which is headed up by Kristen Clarke, a known Antifa sympathizer and public hater of pro-life pregnancy centers. Attorney General Merrick Garland is covering for her by ridiculously lying to the Senate Judiciary Committee, saying the FBI cannot make arrests because, ‘Those attacking the pregnancy resource centers...are doing this at night, in the dark...." said Reverend Harden.
