Congresswoman Tenney Releases her 2025 Second Amendment Protection Plan
Oswego, New York — Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-24) today announced her 2025 Second Amendment Protection Plan, reaffirming her commitment to defend the constitutional rights of law-abiding gun owners and to stop Democrats in Albany and Washington from continuing to erode our right to keep and bear arms.
Rep. Tenney’s plan is yet another example of her long-standing leadership in protecting the Second Amendment, from opposing the unconstitutional SAFE Act in the New York State Assembly to leading in Congress on landmark victories like the Supreme Court’s decision in NYSRPA v. Bruen. The plan advances three priorities: Combating New York’s Radical Anti-Second Amendment Agenda, Protecting Privacy and Due Process for Gun Owners, and Ensuring Access for Law-Abiding Citizens.
“Since our Founding, the Second Amendment has guaranteed every American the right to keep and bear arms, a right that ‘shall not be infringed.’ Yet Democrats in Albany and Washington have done everything they can to criminalize law-abiding gun owners, intrude on our freedoms, and strip away this fundamental right,” said Congresswoman Tenney. “I have fought these unconstitutional attacks at every level of government, from opposing the SAFE Act to leading the amicus brief that helped deliver the landmark Bruen decision before the Supreme Court. My 2025 Second Amendment Protection Plan continues this fight. I will keep standing up for sportsmen, hunters, and law-abiding gun owners across America to ensure our constitutional rights are preserved for generations to come.”
